Popular music artist Davido has been reportedly said to be in trouble with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency . According to The New Telegraph, the NDLEA has begun investigating Davido due to the possession of hard drugs which he displayed in his new video titled "Fans Mi" featuring Meek Mill
The video which is said to have already hit over a million views on Youtube in which Davido was seen discussing with an unidentified man over a suitcase which was full of several grams of cocaine
According to the New Telegraph, NDLEA's Head Of Public Affairs, Mr Mitchell Ofoyeju in an exclusive interview with them said :
" The agency considers the music video "Fans Mi" inappropriate and indecent. It has the tendency to negatively influence and induce drug abuse and trafficking . Besides, it is counter-productive on the campaign against drug production, trafficking and abuse. The agency is investigating the matter and will take necessary action "
Also popular music video critic, Nuella O'Peters also expressed her concern on the music video saying:
"It's really outrageous seeing a brand ambassador and a mentor to millions of African Youths indulging in such acts. He even went as far as using the substance to cook in his video . Can you imagine ?? It is uncalled for. I do hope the Nigeria Broadcasting Corporation will do something about the video "
But if you ask me sha the video made sense like mad , thats my own
